Maintenance Operator

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance of production machines, utilities, and equipment.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and minor electrical faults.
• Attend machine breakdowns immediately and minimize downtime.
• Inspect and monitor machine performance to identify wear, leakage, or abnormal sounds.
• Support installation, alignment, and commissioning of new machines.
• Maintain maintenance records, checklists, and spare parts inventory.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and 5S standards during maintenance activities.
• Coordinate with production and quality teams to resolve machine-related issues quickly.
• Suggest and implement improvements for machine reliability and efficiency.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and basic electricals.
• Ability to read mechanical drawings and service manuals.
• Hands-on experience with CNC, VMC, lathe, milling, press, and welding machines.
• Basic knowledge of lubrication systems and alignment techniques.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork.

Qualification & Experience:

• Qualification: ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Fitter, or Maintenance.
• Experience: 2–5 years in machine maintenance in mechanical or automobile manufacturing industry.

Pay: ₹10,324.15 - ₹25,000.00 per month
