Maintenance Operator (Husky Cap Injection Molding)

We are looking for a skilled Maintenance Operator to join our production team. This role is focused on the mechanical maintenance and operational excellence of our Husky Cap Injection Molding systems, featuring Husky and Corvaglia mold technologies.

Key Responsibilities

Machine Maintenance: Perform preventive and corrective mechanical maintenance on Husky Injection Molding machines to minimize downtime and ensure peak performance.

Mold Management: Execute precise mold changeovers, cleaning, and basic repairs for both Husky and Corvaglia high-cavitation cap molds.

Mechanical Troubleshooting: Diagnose and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic system failures, including pumps, valves, and cylinder seals.

System Calibration: Monitor and adjust machine parameters (pressure, temperature, cycle times) to meet strict quality standards for cap production.

Auxiliary Support: Maintain and troubleshoot related equipment, including dryers, chillers, and air compressors.

Required Qualifications Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on experience in Husky Injection Molding (specifically cap/closure production).Technical Knowledge: Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to read hydraulic and pneumatic schematics.

Specialized Skill: Proven experience working with Husky or Corvaglia mold designs or similar high-precision cap tooling is highly preferred.

Education: Diploma or technical certification in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.Soft Skills: Problem-solving mindset, high attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
