Maintenance Personnel

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the functionality and safety of our facilities through regular maintenance and repairs. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a strong understanding of various maintenance tasks, including electrical work, plumbing and mechanical infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment and facilities to ensure optimal performance.
• Conduct inspections of springs, turnbuckles, chains, and trampolines for each attraction.
• Identify maintenance needs and prioritize tasks accordingly.
• Ensuring maintenance projects are completed on time and within specifications.
• Conduct touch-up painting as needed to maintain the aesthetic appeal of facilities.
• Maintain work space in an organized manner.
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, including repairs made and materials used.

Skills

• Strong understanding of electrical systems.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on maintaining high safety standards.
• Experience in facilities maintenance with a solid understanding of general maintenance practices.
• Proven experience in a maintenance role with a strong understanding of attractions systems.
• Proficiency in touch-up painting techniques is preferred.
• Excellent communication and listening skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• A commitment to safety practices and protocols in all maintenance activities.
