Responsibilities:

Maintenance Planning & Scheduling:
-
Process all maintenance notifications and work orders in SAP, conduct site visits, and apply technical expertise to plan each task effectively.
-
Identify and coordinate all required resources for every job.
-
Provide supervisors with complete work packages with optimized cost.
-
Prepare weekly maintenance schedules in collaboration with supervisors.
-
Ensure all materials are available before the scheduled work week.
-
Manage surplus materials, ensuring they are returned to the storehouse.

Plan and execute shutdown activities, including preparing comprehensive shutdown packages and MS Project Gantt charts for plant shutdowns.

Maintenance Procurement & Budgeting:

Initiate, amend, and follow up on Purchase Requests for non-stock materials, consumables, and services.

Track and receive Purchase Orders in SAP, verifying alignment with contract rates or approved quotations.

Collaborate with Senior Planners to control maintenance budgets.

Maintenance Strategies:
-
Apply operational and equipment knowledge to enhance reliability and reduce downtime.
-
Support senior planners in developing equipment strategies that align with OEM standards for both fixed and mobile assets.

Create, update, and monitor all preventive maintenance (PM) plans and task lists in SAP.

Maintenance & Safety KPIs:

Track and report on all maintenance planning KPIs, including schedule compliance and backlog performance.

Provide support to maintenance and planning leaders as directed by the Planning Superintendent.

Participate in safety programs and contribute to safety observations and reporting (SLI, CCV, BTO, VFL).
Qualification Requirements:
-
Diploma / High School. Engineering Degree is preferable.
Experience and Skills Requirements:
-
4-6 years of experience within Maintenance Process Plants.
-
SAP Planning Knowledge - 2 Years.
-
Microsoft Applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
