Job Overview:
Calico CZ Salalah is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Maintenance Planning Lead to oversee maintenance planning activities within a refinery environment. The role is critical in ensuring equipment reliability, minimizing downtime, and optimizing maintenance operations through effective planning and scheduling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance plans for refinery equipment
• Lead the maintenance planning and scheduling process to ensure efficient resource utilization
• Coordinate with operations, engineering, and maintenance teams to align priorities and schedules
• Monitor equipment performance and recommend improvements to enhance reliability and efficiency
• Maintain accurate maintenance records, job plans, and documentation
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards
• Analyze maintenance data and KPIs to identify trends and drive continuous improvement
• Support shutdown planning, turnaround activities, and major maintenance projects

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering (or related field)
• Minimum of 5–8 years of experience in maintenance planning within refinery or oil & gas industries
• Strong knowledge of maintenance management systems (e.g., CMMS)
• Excellent planning, organizational, and analytical skills
• Ability to lead teams and manage multiple priorities effectively
• Strong communication and coordination skills
