Maintenance Plumber

We’re hiring an experienced Plumber/Maintenance Technician to support a 1,500‑unit resort‑style CBS and mobile home community, plus several commercial properties. If you’re skilled, reliable, and comfortable handling everything from routine repairs to emergency sewer backups, this is a stable, long‑term opportunity with a strong property management team.

Key Responsibilities

• Plumbing or maintenance experience. (multi‑family or commercial preferred)
• Diagnose and repair plumbing issues, including leaks, clogs, fixture replacements, and water line problems, etc.
• Respond to sewer backups, overflows, and emergency plumbing situations
• Maintain and repair water heaters, pumps, valves, and irrigation systems, etc.
• Perform general property maintenance, when needed, additional trade experience is a plus.
• Complete work orders efficiently
• Assist with commercial property repairs as needed

Monday - Friday. Hours - 7:00 am - 3:30pm

*** MUST HAVE VALID DRIVERS LICENSE, TRUCK AND TOOLS ***
Must be able to work a 40-hour week.
