We are currently seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Plumber with multi-trade experience to join our professional, time-served workforce. At MPM 247, we replace guesswork with systemised workflows, ensuring every job is delivered with excellence.

The Role

As a Maintenance Plumber at MPM 247, you will handle everything from emergency leak responses to full bathroom installations. Beyond plumbing, your multi-skilled background will allow you to support our comprehensive "one partner, six trades" approach to property care.

Key Plumbing Responsibilities:

• General Repairs: Tap replacements, leak repairs, and pipework tracing.
• Heating Maintenance: Radiator replacements and bleeding.
• Installations: Full bathroom maintenance, shower valve, and cartridge swaps.
• Emergency Response: Rapid response to urgent plumbing issues and leaks.

Multi-Skilled Support:

• Assist with Void Turnarounds to get properties inventory-ready and minimise downtime.
• Support Compliance Works to ensure properties meet safety standards.
• Provide secondary skills in areas like basic tiling, carpentry, or decorating when needed to complete a "first-time fix".

Requirements

• Proven Plumbing Expertise: Strong background in residential plumbing maintenance and repairs.
• Multi-Trade Background: Proficiency in secondary trades (e.g., joinery, tiling, or plastering) is essential.
• Professional Standards: Ability to deliver "right-first-time" results and maintain high levels of tenant satisfaction.
• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using mobile systems for work orders, documentation, and compliance reporting.
• Local Knowledge: Based in or able to cover the York, Selby, and Harrogate area.
• Full UK Driving License: Necessary for operating the provided company vehicle.
