Job Responsibilities – Project Maintenance Manager

1. Develop and implement maintenance plans (preventive, corrective, and routine) for all project equipment and systems.

2. Supervise the maintenance team, assign tasks, and monitor performance to ensure high-quality execution.

3. Respond to emergency breakdowns and resolve issues promptly to minimize downtime.

4. Manage maintenance contracts and coordinate with external vendors and contractors when required.

5. Monitor spare parts and tools inventory to ensure availability at all times.

6. Prepare regular reports on maintenance activities, budgets, and future requirements.

7. Ensure compliance with safety and occupational health standards during all maintenance operations.

8. Develop improvement strategies to enhance equipment performance and extend asset lifecycle.

9. Coordinate with project management to align maintenance activities with overall project goals.

10. Train and develop the maintenance team on modern techniques and new technologies.
