Maintenance Reliability Engineer

HRSG - Innovative Business Solutions is currently looking for a competent & technically sound maintenance engineer for one of our clients in pharma/FMCG industry.

Position: Maintenance Reliability Engineer

Location: Karachi-Sindh

Job type: Regular (HRSG annual renewable contract)

Description:

- Ensuring that all plant equipment and processes operate at optimal levels and meet the needs of the organization.

- Originates and develops analysis methods to determine reliability of components, equipment, and processes. Acquires and analyzes data. Prepares diagrams, charts, drawings, calculations, and reports to define reliability problems and make recommendations for improvement.

- OEE and Reliability analysis on weekly basis with the team and discuss the short comings regarding the machine performance.

- Development and implementation of CLI standards on each machine on each line.

- Support Maintenance team in Failure Mode and Effect Analysis to drive maintenance strategies on each equipment.

- Support maintenance team for monitoring of KPIs like MTTR, MTBF and availability. Effective implementation of systems to achieve these KPIs on each line.

Requirement:

- minimum bachelor’s degree level in engineering from a recognized university with at least 3-4 years hands-on experience in engineering / production department in pharmaceutical industry / FMCG company.

- General experience in factory management, new technologies and methods used, supplier relations and machinery acquisition.

- Sound knowledge and experience of the tobacco processes and manufacturing and complex Supply Chain organizations.

- Good communication and inter / Intrapersonal skills. Must have ability to influence at all levels within the organization.

- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and statistical analysis software.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 15 months

Pay: Rs145,000.00 per month
