Maintenance & Reliability Engineer – Electrical & Instrumentation

Responsibilities:

  • Carry out condition assessment of electrical and instrumentation systems and equipment.
  • Perform Motor Current Signature Analysis (MCSA), thermography, electrical testing, and control systems diagnostics.
  • Analyze test data to identify degradation, faults, and potential failures in electrical and instrumentation assets.
  • Develop and recommend maintenance strategies and action plans based on assessment results.
  • Support reliability-centered maintenance (RCM) and asset integrity programs.
  • Coordinate with electrical, instrumentation, and operations teams to implement corrective and preventive actions.
  • Prepare technical reports, summaries, and documentation for management and stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in electrical and instrumentation condition assessment.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or Instrumentation Engineering.
  • Expertise in:
  • MCSA (Motor Current Signature Analysis)
  • Thermography
  • Control systems diagnostics
  • Electrical testing
  • Mandatory Certifications:
  • Thermography – Level II
  • Motor Current Analysis – International Certification
