Maintenance Repair Technician
Position Overview:
Installs repairs and performs routine maintenance on all plant equipment and systems. Develops a Preventative Maintenance system and performs or schedules all PM work on equipment.
- Support a philosophy of zero accidents by following all applicable safety procedures and maintaining equipment to operate in the safest way possible
- Maintain all plant equipment including but not limited to manufacturing equipment, forklifts, cranes, paint systems, electrical systems, welders and company vehicles
- Develop and maintain PM schedules for all applicable equipment
- Coordinate all plant maintenance with plant management
- Support Manufacturing Engineering on improvement projects
- Support the efforts of Lean and Continuous Improvement teams
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and rules.
- Create and maintain a safe and sanitary working environment.
- Maintain a positive, team-oriented attitude.
- Flexibility to work hours necessary to meet plant requirement
- High School Diploma or Equivalent is required
- 5-7 years of related work experience as a Maintenance Technician/Mechanic in a manufacturing environment is required.
- Good verbal communication.
- Ability to read and use tape measure accuracy
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
- No relocation benefit is being offered for this position. Only candidates that currently reside within the immediate geographical area (50 miles) of facility location will be considered.

- Possess strong interpersonal and leadership skills

- Capable of working effectively both in an independent / self-directed and within a team
- Must be able to multi task and establish priorities
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications and other applicable QM control
Basic Qualifications:
High School Diploma or Equivalent is required
