Maintenance Repair Technician

FULL TIME MAINT TECH,

Job Description: Responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks as an assistant and or apprentice to ensure the efficient operation and upkeep of facilities, equipment, and systems. Duties include inspecting and identifying issues in mechanical, electrical maintenance and repairs accordingly. Tasks may involve replacing or repairing fixtures, cleaning and maintaining work areas, responding to service requests, and assisting with preventive maintenance schedules. Utilize basic hand and basic power tools safely and effectively, maintain accurate records of repairs and maintenance activities, and follow safety protocols at all times. Collaborate with other team members and communicate with supervisors regarding completed work and outstanding issues. Attention to detail, and a commitment to quality workmanship a must.

*Employer will perform driving & background check.

* Must be able to speak, write, & read English and own basic hand tools.
