Maintenance & Safety Engineering Manager

*Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Maintenance & Safety Engineering Manager to oversee all machinery, equipment maintenance, and safety systems within the facility. The role focuses on ensuring smooth operations, minimizing downtime, and maintaining compliance with safety and environmental regulations.

*Key Responsibilities:

• Manage maintenance and repair of all plant machinery and equipment.
• Plan and manage scheduled maintenance for Steam Boilers & Burners, Air Compressors, EPS Moulding Machines, Block Machines, EPS Expanders, Cooling Towers, Thermoware Cup Machines, CNC Thermocut Machines, and facility equipment including lifts, elevators, and central AC units.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs.
• Supervise maintenance and safety teams.
• Ensure compliance with government safety and environmental standards.
• Coordinate maintenance schedules with production operations.
• Monitor spare parts inventory and maintenance budgets.
• Oversee safety systems, emergency procedures, and staff training.
• Prepare reports and improve equipment efficiency.

*Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent.
• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in maintenance and safety management.
• Strong technical, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
