Maintenance Service Coordinator

We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Service Coordinator to join our team and drive excellence in service requests. Coordinating all request to appropriate team member or contractor. Must provide great customer service to tenants, contractors and team members.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants, vendors and maintenance team.
• Proven coordinating experience overseeing programs or services related to maintenance or service coordination.

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
