Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Work under the management of and report to the Directorate of Aircraft Maintenance at the airbase.
  • Direct staff activities engaged in aircraft maintenance and on-the-job training (OJT).
  • Responsible for H145 aircraft planning, inspection, repair, and servicing, including support equipment.
  • Supervise maintenance activities and support equipment involved in logistics, maintenance, training, and supply systems, including inventory control and resource utilization.
  • Interpret policies, directives, and regulations, ensuring compliance by maintenance teams.
  • Determine operational, maintenance, and training status.
  • Resolve maintenance, supply, and training issues related to H145 aircraft at the base.
  • Manage inspection logistics and oversee the activities of maintenance and training teams.
  • Supervise and monitor the Equipment Review Authorization Board.
  • Ensure supply activities adhere to policies during conferences and reviews.
  • Organize manpower for logistics, maintenance, and training at the base.
  • Maintain and evaluate relationships with all stakeholders involved in H145 aircraft logistics, maintenance, and training.
  • Establish and oversee standard operating procedures for logistics, maintenance, and training.
  • Plan and schedule work assignments, workloads, and procedures related to logistics, maintenance, and training.
  • Analyze data and reports to determine requirements for specialties.
  • Assist officers in developing effective logistics, maintenance, and training strategies.
  • Implement documentation procedures for publications, TOs, and work standards on the H145 platform.
  • Review inspection and audit reports to identify necessary changes.
  • Plan and conduct on-the-job training activities according to manuals.
  • Ensure all maintenance complies with OEM publications.
  • Provide guidance to optimize work schedules and workflows.
  • Monitor on-site jobs for contract compliance.
  • Supervise, coordinate, assign duties, and review staff and contract work for quality and policy adherence.
  • Review reports prior to submission.
  • Plan and direct production operations based on directives, policies, and guides.
  • Assist in on-job training of personnel.
