Maintenance Specialist

Job Brief: We are looking for a responsible individual who is well-organised and willing to work in a corporate culture. The person applying for the job should be ready to work in the co-working industry and adapt to the needs of the co-working company. The individual will be responsible for leading maintenance systems, overseeing the process and executing long-term strategic plans. The goal is to become a team member and coordinate with the central team while managing the responsibilities and functions of maintenance at the co-working centre.

Job Requirements: Minimum experience of two years in the maintenance of office-related work.
Minimum Qualification Required: Higher Secondary Pass.
Qualities: Leadership, punctuality, honesty, attention to detail, and good listener.
Skills: Good communication, time management, vendor management, coordination, MS (Word, Excel).

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Coordinate work performed by outside vendors.
• Conducting regular inspections of the facilities to detect and resolve problems.
• Ensure efficient repair schedules and review repair cost estimates.
• Prioritise the maintenance and repairs of company equipment and parts.
• Control and monitor inventory.
• Ensure that all material is cleaned, fitted and in proper working order.
• Documenting and preparing daily progress reports and maintenance logs.
• Good understanding of the technical features of plumbing, carpentry, and electrical systems.
• Ability to interpret blueprints, specifications and schematics.
• Ready to work for six days a week.
• Basic grooming etiquette is required in the office.

Language: Hindi, Gujarati, English.

Annual CTC: 320000(PA based on current CTC, experience and interview)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹320,000.00 per year
