Maintenance Staff/Technician

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Staff/Technician with hands-on experience in managing residential building maintenance issues. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth functioning of electrical, plumbing, and other day-to-day repair works in the residential society.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle electrical work: wiring, switches, panels, lights, fans, and power supply.
  
• Attend plumbing issues: leakages, blockages, pipe fittings, pumps, and water supply.
  
• Do routine checks and preventive maintenance of society equipment.
  
• Attend residents’ complaints and resolve them on time.
  
• Keep records of maintenance work and repairs.
  
• Coordinate with vendors/contractors if needed.
  
• Follow safety rules while working.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of residential building maintenance issues (electrical & plumbing).
  
• Ability to troubleshoot and provide quick solutions.
  
• Basic knowledge of mechanical equipment and fire safety systems are an added advantage.
  
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
  
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
  
• ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Plumbing, or related field preferred.
  
• 4 years of hands-on experience in maintenance, preferably in residential societies or real estate projects.
