Job Summary:
Responsible for managing engineering spare parts store, inventory control, timely availability of critical spares, and proper documentation to ensure smooth plant maintenance operations with minimum downtime.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain inventory of mechanical, electrical, and utility spare parts.
- Ensure timely availability of critical spares for production & utility equipment.
- Monitor minimum stock levels and raise purchase requisitions accordingly.
- Maintain proper inward & outward records of spare parts.
- Conduct periodic stock verification and reconciliation.
- Ensure proper storage, identification, and preservation of materials.
- Coordinate with purchase department for spare procurement.
- Maintain vendor records and spare specifications.
- Control slow-moving, non-moving, and obsolete inventory.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety, and GMP norms.
Qualification & Experience:
- Diploma / Graduate (Mechanical / Electrical preferred).
- 4–8 years experience in maintenance store management in FMCG / Food Plant.
- Knowledge of spare parts for production machinery, utilities, and packaging equipment.
- Experience in ERP / inventory management system preferred.

Pay: ₹30,918.38 - ₹45,754.93 per month
