MAINTENANCE STORE INCHARGE ( ENGINEERING )

Job Summary:

Responsible for managing engineering spare parts store, inventory control, timely availability of critical spares, and proper documentation to ensure smooth plant maintenance operations with minimum downtime.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain inventory of mechanical, electrical, and utility spare parts.
• Ensure timely availability of critical spares for production & utility equipment.
• Monitor minimum stock levels and raise purchase requisitions accordingly.
• Maintain proper inward & outward records of spare parts.
• Conduct periodic stock verification and reconciliation.
• Ensure proper storage, identification, and preservation of materials.
• Coordinate with purchase department for spare procurement.
• Maintain vendor records and spare specifications.
• Control slow-moving, non-moving, and obsolete inventory.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety, and GMP norms.

Qualification & Experience:

• Diploma / Graduate (Mechanical / Electrical preferred).
• 4–8 years experience in maintenance store management in FMCG / Food Plant.
• Knowledge of spare parts for production machinery, utilities, and packaging equipment.
• Experience in ERP / inventory management system preferred.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹30,918.38 - ₹45,754.93 per month
