Maintenance Superintendent (Commercial Properties)

This is a Full Time benefit eligible position, Monday – Friday 7:00am - 4:00pm.

Pay range is $25-$30/hour

Responsibilities:

• Plumbing
• Minor Electrical
• HVAC
• General building maintenance and repair functions related to the care and maintenance of Picotte commercial properties.
• Occasional night and weekend hours; must take 1 week a month rotating on-call hours.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years experience in commercial or residential/facility maintenance
• Strong working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, building systems, and preventative maintenance programs
• Demonstrated ability to independently manage multiple commercial properties
• Ability to prioritize work orders, coordinate vendors, and respond to emergency situations with minimal supervision
• Valid driver’s license with no major restrictions and acceptable to Picotte Companies insurance carrier required.
• Reliable vehicle for daily use
• Ability to operate all tools and equipment related to facility maintenance
• Ability to lift up to 60lbs
