Maintenance Supervisor

Position: Maintenance Supervisor

Location: Trivandrum

Type of Employment: Full-time

Salary Package: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Requirements:

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in residential/commercial construction or maintenance
• Strong knowledge of maintenance work, coordination, and execution
• Experience in budgeting, vendor management, negotiation, and customer service
• Ability to lead teams and ensure smooth workflow across sites
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Must have a valid 4-wheeler driving license and own a 2-wheeler for site travel

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage day-to-day maintenance operations across sites
• Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal teams for timely execution of work
• Monitor budgets and ensure cost-effective operations
• Handle customer requirements and provide effective solutions
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and quality requirements
• Prepare reports and update management on progress and challenges

Preferred Skills:

• Strong leadership and coordination abilities
• Good negotiation and vendor handling skills
• Hands-on technical knowledge in construction/maintenance works
• Customer-focused with a professional approach
