Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor with a strong background in plumbing and electrical maintenance. The ideal candidate will have over 4 years of hands-on experience in managing and performing maintenance tasks, ensuring that all systems are functioning safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and perform plumbing and electrical maintenance tasks, including repairs, installations, and inspections.

Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify and address potential issues.

Supervise and coordinate maintenance staff and subcontractors as needed.

Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and building codes.

Respond to maintenance requests in a timely and efficient manner.

Maintain records of maintenance activities and manage inventory of supplies and tools.

Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in plumbing and electrical maintenance.

Strong understanding of maintenance procedures, safety standards, and building codes.

Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.

Strong communication and leadership skills.
