Position : Maintenance Supervisor

Exp : Min 3 yrs

Education : Diploma in Civil, Additional preference to certification Plumbing and Civil works

Location : Mumbai- Fort

Job Description : -

* Candidates with strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc. Willingness to be on-call and work flexible hours as needed

* Supervise and coordinate the activities of maintenance technicians and staff.

* Plan and schedule preventative and corrective maintenance tasks for buildings, equipment and systems.

* Inspect facilities and equipment regularly to identify issues or areas for improvement.

* Ensure all repairs and maintenance work is performed efficiently, on time, and within budget.

* Maintain inventory of tools, supplies, and spare parts.

* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

* Respond to emergency maintenance issues and coordinate appropriate responses.

* Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs.

* Liaise with contractors, vendors, and other departments as needed.

Working Timing & Days :- 8.30 to 5.30 Flexible 9-6 | Monday to Saturday
