Maintenance Supervisor

• Oversee routine maintenance and repair work to ensure that hospital facilities are kept in optimal condition.
• Supervise and manage a team of maintenance technicians and custodial staff.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to reduce unexpected breakdowns and downtime.
• Coordinate with other hospital departments to address facility-related needs and issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Manage the maintenance budget and track expenses.
• Respond to emergency repair requests swiftly to minimize disruption to hospital operations.
• Maintain records of maintenance activities and prepare reports for management.
• Recommend and implement improvements to the facility's infrastructure and systems.
