Hiring - Maintenance Supervisor

Location: Casa Grande, AZ

Hours: 5:00 am – 3 pm, 40-65 hours per week, Monday – Friday, some Saturday hours as needed.

Pay: Hourly $34-40 per hour.

• Supervise maintenance of equipment, including press lines, compressors, and material handling systems.
• Create and manage preventive maintenance schedules and spare parts inventory.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues quickly to reduce downtime.
• Coordinate repairs with production to minimize disruption.
• Maintain accurate records and enforce safety protocols.
• Support equipment upgrades and new installations.
• Supervise and coach maintenance technicians and contractors.

• High school diploma or GED required; technical degree or certifications preferred.
• 5+ years in industrial or manufacturing maintenance.
• 2+ years in a supervisory or lead role preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting skills (mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic).
• Proficient in reading schematics and using maintenance systems.

• Lift up to 50 lbs.; frequent standing, kneeling, and walking.
• Work in hot, dusty, noisy environments with PPE.
• Occasional nights or weekends for emergency repairs.
