Job Title: Maintenance Supervisor
Location: Little Rock, Arkansas
Job Summary:
Coordinates and directs the maintenance and alteration of equipment and machinery, by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate supervisors.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Reporting relationships, work assignments, and work schedules may be subject to change in order to meet company needs and business requirements.
Implement maintenance and reliability systems throughout the plant: PM, TPM, Work Place Organization, etc Training of Engineers, and Technicians related to Maintenance techniques, Job Safety Analysis, Lockout & Tags etc. Breakdown analysis & corrective /preventive action plan & implementation In-house development of imported spares Development of vendors Ensure the availability of parts for maintenance Up gradation of the equipment for de-bottle necking the process Implementation of SAP Implement OSHA standards in work culture to achieve zero recordable injury Inspect construction and installation progress to ensure conformance to established specifications. Direct maintenance personnel and workers engaged in equipment installation, facilities equipment repair, and preventive maintenance. Must be hands-on leader for electrical and mechanical troubleshooting and repairs. Other duties as assigned.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
Directly supervises employees in the maintenance department and coordinates activities with operations management. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws by working closely with HR department. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, firing and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

Education and/or Experience:
Bachelor Degree or Associate Degree in Electrical/Electronic or equivalent. With five to ten years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Pay: $72,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
