Position Summary:
Kahuna Management is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor for Eagle Village Student Housing. This hands-on role oversees daily maintenance operations, manages a maintenance team, and ensures that the property is well-maintained and safe for residents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise maintenance staff, providing guidance and scheduling support.
• Perform and oversee maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliance repair, and general building upkeep.
• Ensure all maintenance requests are completed in a timely and professional manner.
• Conduct preventative maintenance to reduce downtime and improve property conditions.
• Manage vendor relationships and coordinate contracted services when necessary.
• Maintain accurate records of work orders, inspections, and maintenance activities using Entrata or similar property management software.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
• Assist in move-in/move-out inspections and unit turnovers.

Qualifications:

• HVAC or EPA certification required.
• Experience in student housing maintenance preferred.
• Experience with Entrata or property management software a plus.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours and respond to emergency maintenance needs.
• Dependable, professional, and resident-focused.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Pay: $25–$28/hour depending on experience
• Housing benefit available for the right candidate
• Paid Holidays: Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Thanksgiving Friday, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day
• Paid Time Off: 2 weeks per year, accrued on a pro-rata basis
• Bereavement Leave: 3 days paid
• Healthcare: Blue Cross Blue Shield
