Maintenance Supervisor

We are looking for Maintenance Supervisor to fill a permanent position.

• Have GCC previous experience as Maintenance Supervisor
• Must have Experience in Real Estates
• Be able to organize and manage a team of contractors and maintenance workers
• Have knowledge about full procurement process and coordinates Bills/Invoice.
• Onsite job-management, being able to effectively handle communications between the contractors and laborers.
• Must be able to set schedule for works and meet the timeline
• Coordinating and managing ongoing repairs in buildings.
• Have experience/extensive knowledge of building systems, such as plumbing, electrical and HVAC.
• The employee must be able to speak English.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED2,000.00 per month
