Maintenance Supervisor

1. Ensure Calibration & maintenance of continuous emission monitoring equipment.

2. Ensure Maintenance & modifications of automated PLC system of incineration plant.

3. Ensure Calibration & maintenance of plant instruments & control systems.

4. Lead Inspection, monitoring, optimizing the operational performance and maintenance (general, preventive & shutdown) of plant equipment (static & rotary) & machineries.

5. Monitors performances and inspect and report on conditions of all electric, mechanical, process control related equipment; carries out routine operational optimization maintenance; plan & scheduled maintenance in cooperation with Thermal Treatment manager, carries out off-time maintenance during planned or unplanned shutdowns.

6. Inspection (corrective & PM) & maintenance of emergency / standby generators (both mechanical & electrical maintenance).

7. Support HSE inspection (corrective & PM) & maintenance of fire protection and emergency response system.

8. Plan, Prepare and Supervise all shutdown activities & works progresses as per schedule in coordination with Operations from handing over & dismantles the equipment and plant systems till completion of shutdown maintenance, mechanical, electrical & instruments as well as refractory repairs within approved budget.

9. Coordination of Inspection (corrective & PM) & maintenance of fire protection and emergency response system.

10. Support WS team in updating of inventory lists on routine basis for the spare parts & consumables of M/Cs & equipment’s for mechanical, electrical, instrumentations & process control systems and provide the data / information for spare parts and supplied movement.

11. Maintains inspection, performance calibrations & maintenance reports & records as per ISO 14001 facility maintenance standard operating procedures and provides the data / information or reports.

12. Oversee the daily maintenance activities & PM work for mechanical, instrumentation & process control and provide consolidated summary report of the monthly maintenance work to SS DM.

13. Lead the on-call maintenance of mechanical/electrical/ instrumentations & control system during day & night shift as needed.

14. Support the WMD in planning & scheduling the planned & unplanned shutdowns.

15. Budget control of planned and unplanned S/D.

16. Spare parts Management responsibility.

17. Tech. support of purchase of mechanical/electrical spear parts.

18. Prepare LF WS preventive Maintenance checklist and heavy vehicle and fleet availability.
