Job Title: Maintenance Supervisor ( Housekeeping / Cleaning )

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Maintenance & Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee facility upkeep, cleanliness, and general maintenance operations at our textile showroom in Chennai. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth daily operations, a clean environment, and proper maintenance of all showroom facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

§ Supervise and manage the housekeeping and maintenance staff.

§ Ensure all areas of the showroom are clean, well-maintained, and presentable.

§ Conduct daily inspection rounds of the premises.

§ Attend to repair and maintenance issues (electrical, plumbing, carpentry, etc.).

§ Coordinate with external service providers for specialized maintenance work.

§ Maintain preventive maintenance and cleaning schedules.

§ Monitor inventory of cleaning materials, tools, and supplies.

§ Ensure safety and hygiene standards are consistently maintained.

§ Prepare daily and weekly reports on maintenance and housekeeping activities.

Requirements:

§ Education: ITI / Diploma / Graduate

§ Experience: 1–3 years in maintenance or housekeeping supervision (retail, hotel, or corporate environment preferred)

§ Age: 25–35 years.

Other Requirements:

§ Must own a bike for local travel with proper licence.

§ Immediate joining preferred
