Maintenance Supervisor

Job Description:
We are hiring a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee and manage maintenance activities for our pharmaceutical manufacturing facility. The role includes supervising preventive and breakdown maintenance, ensuring proper functioning of production and utility equipment, and maintaining compliance with WHO-GMP, safety, and documentation standards at our mfg unit Dallas Drugs Pvt Ltd., Baddi

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise maintenance of equipment in granulation, compression, coating, packing, liquid/ointment sections.
• Handle preventive and breakdown maintenance for machines, utilities, and HVAC systems.
• Ensure proper installation, calibration, and qualification of equipment.
• Maintain maintenance logs, breakdown reports, and service schedules as per GMP.
• Coordinate with Production to plan machine availability and reduce downtime.
• Ensure safety compliance and proper upkeep of engineering areas.
• Manage vendors, spare parts planning, and service follow-ups.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
