Maintenance Supervisor – Aventura Condo

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor for a well-established condominium in Aventura. This is a hands-on role responsible for overseeing daily maintenance operations, coordinating repairs, and ensuring the property is well-maintained and running smoothly.

You will be supported by a long-tenured Maintenance Assistant who knows the property well, making this an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys leading by example while staying actively involved in day-to-day tasks.

Requirements:

• Strong hands-on maintenance experience (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, general repairs)
• Previous experience in a residential or condo setting preferred
• Ability to supervise, coordinate vendors, and prioritize workload
• Professional, reliable, and customer-service oriented
• Computer literate
• Must prepare reports

Location: Aventura, FL
Schedule: Full-time
Compensation: Based on experience
