We are currently seeking a Maintenance Supervisor.

Job Responsibilities and Duties:

• Oversee all maintenance activities within the facility, ensuring compliance with safety standards.

• Manage a team of maintenance staff, providing guidance and support in their daily tasks.

• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs for all equipment and systems.

• Coordinate with external vendors for specialized repairs and services as needed.

• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and inventory management.

• Ensure HVAC systems are functioning efficiently and effectively for resident comfort.

• Review schematics and plans for any new projects or renovations within the facility.

Requirements:

Experience:

• Proven experience in a maintenance management role, preferably in a healthcare setting.

• Strong leadership skills with experience managing a diverse team.

Skills:

• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, HVAC, and building maintenance practices.

• Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Ability to read and interpret technical schematics and manuals.
