Maintenance Supervisor

The Maintenance Supervisor will oversee all aspects of the property maintenance department for LINE Partners managed properties. They manage the day-to-day needs of the maintenance team and will work closely with the property management team to ensure all the needs of managed properties are addressed. The Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for managing repair budgets, ensuring timely completion of repairs, coordinating with vendors, inspecting properties for issues, and developing preventative maintenance plans to maintain the overall condition and functionality of the properties. They are responsible for ensuring compliance with safety regulations and working closely with the property management team to address tenant concerns regarding maintenance issues.
