Maintenance Supervisor

S&S Property Management Company is looking to hire a Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at Retreat at Eddins in Montgomery, AL. This is an awesome opportunity for the right candidate with the right experience.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in HVAC with a proven track record in HVAC installation, repair, and replacement in a residential community setting. If you take pride in doing a great job, can motivate others, and have an eye for detail, then this job is for you!

You have the following:

• At least 2 years of Maintenance Supervisor experience.
• At least 3 years of Multi-Family experience
• Valid Drivers License
• CPO, HVAC, and EPA Certification (preferred).

You must be Authorized to work in the US and you must have reliable transportation.
