Maintenance Supervisor

· Preventive and Corrective Maintenance Management:

- Schedule and execute preventive maintenance programs for equipment and systems to ensure continuous operation.

- Manage and perform corrective maintenance tasks as needed to repair faults and issues.

· Supervision of Plumbing and Maintenance Work:

- Oversee plumbing work to ensure it is executed with quality and efficiency.

- Ensure maintenance of plumbing systems according to required standards and address any related issues.

· Supervising the Maintenance Team:

- Direct and manage the maintenance team to ensure tasks are performed efficiently and effectively.

- Provide training and guidance to team members to ensure skill and competency development.

· Ensuring Compliance with Standards and Procedures:

- Ensure all maintenance work complies with safety and environmental standards and procedures.

- Regularly update and document maintenance records and reports.

· Resource and Inventory Management:

- Monitor and manage inventory of spare parts, tools, and materials to ensure availability when needed.

- Submit purchase requests for necessary materials and equipment for maintenance.

· Data Analysis and Report Preparation:

- Analyze maintenance data to identify trends and recurring issues and propose improvements.

- Prepare and present regular reports to management on maintenance performance and equipment status.

· Collaboration with Other Departments:

- Coordinate with other departments to ensure maintenance activities align with daily operations.

- Participate in meetings and projects related to maintenance and process improvement.

· Ensuring Safety:

- Implement safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment for the maintenance team.

- Conduct regular inspections to identify and address potential hazards.

· Continuous Improvement:

- Research and implement best practices and modern techniques in maintenance.

- Participate in training programs and workshops to enhance knowledge and skills.
