Job Vacancy: Maintenance Supervisor

As per with the below requirement:

- Develops and implement a comprehensive maintenance program for all equipment and machinery within the feed mill.

- Supervises a team of maintenance technicians and mechanics, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.

- Plans and schedule preventive maintenance tasks to ensure the ongoing reliability and performance of equipment.

- Troubleshoots equipment failures and coordinate repairs to minimize downtime and production losses.

- Maintains accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, equipment logs, and inventory levels.

- Monitors equipment performance and identify opportunities for improvement to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.

- Ensures compliance with safety regulations and company policies to maintain a safe working environment for all employees.

- Coordinates with production and operations teams to schedule maintenance activities without disrupting production schedules.

- Develops and manage the department budget, including forecasting expenses and identifying cost-saving opportunities.

- Sources and procure spare parts and supplies necessary for maintenance activities, ensuring adequate inventory levels are maintained.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or electrical engineering, or a related field.

Minimum of 7 years of experience in maintenance Feed Mill
