Maintenance Supervisor

A Maintenance Supervisor requires proven experience in maintenance or a similar role, strong technical knowledge of building systems (electrical, HVAC, etc.), excellent leadership and management skills, and proficiency with computer systems and relevant software. Key requirements also include strong communication skills, a good eye for detail, understanding of health and safety regulations, and problem-solving abilities. A high school diploma is standard, with technical certifications or a vocational degree often preferred.
