Maintenance Supervisor

We are looking for a skilled and responsible Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the daily maintenance operations of the hotel. The ideal candidate will ensure that all facilities, equipment, and systems are properly maintained and functioning efficiently to provide a safe and comfortable environment for guests and employees.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance and repair activities.
• Monitor the condition of hotel facilities, equipment, and systems.
• Ensure preventive maintenance schedules are properly followed.
• Lead and guide the maintenance team to complete assigned tasks efficiently.
• Troubleshoot maintenance issues related to electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and general repairs.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hotel standards.
• Coordinate with other departments regarding maintenance requests and urgent repairs.
• Maintain records of maintenance activities and inventory of tools and supplies.
• Assist in emergency situations and resolve technical issues promptly.

Requirements

• Proven experience in hotel maintenance or a similar role.
• Previous supervisory experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general building maintenance.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle emergency situations.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Technical certification or diploma is an advantage.
