Maintenance Supervisor

$500 Sign On Bonus after 30 days of employment!

300+ unit apartment community in Huntsville, AL seeking qualified/experienced Maintenance Supervisor with minimum of 2 years of experience as a maintenance supervisor.

EPA/CPO certification and Apartment Industry experience required.

Experience in budget control, scheduling, inventory management and staff supervision.

Strong working knowledge of plumbing, electrical and ability to repair appliances (refrigerator, stove, oven, garbage disposal, dishwashers, etc.) required.

Outstanding customer service skills, attention to detail and strong work ethic required

Ability to multi-task and work in fast paced environment.

Must be able to respond to on-call emergency issues on nights and weekends for on-call rotation

Pay range $31 to $33/hour based on experience. Great Benefits including 401K & Bonuses. EOE
