Maintenance Supervisor – MRF

Bruin Waste Management is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance operations at our Materials Recovery Facility (MRF). This position oversees equipment reliability, preventive maintenance programs, and maintenance personnel in a fast-paced production environment.
Responsibilities:

• Supervise maintenance technicians and daily operations
• Manage preventive maintenance and repairs
• Troubleshoot conveyors, balers, hydraulics, pneumatics, motors, and controls
• Maintain mobile and facility equipment
• Coordinate vendors and contractors
• Support safety, compliance, and plant uptime

Qualifications:

• 5+ years industrial maintenance experience
• 2+ years supervisory experience
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills
• Knowledge of OSHA safety practices and lockout/tagout procedures
• Valid driver's license
