Compensation & Perks

$26.00–$28.00/hour (based on experience)
Up to $1,000 quarterly bonuses
$100 weekly on-call bonus

Schedule

Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
On-call rotation: 1 week every 5 weeks

️ What You’ll Do

This is a hands-on leadership role — not a desk job. You’ll lead by example while managing all aspects of property maintenance, including:

Completing work orders and unit turns
Maintaining property grounds and handling snow removal
Performing general repairs: HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliances
Partnering with the Property Manager on monthly budgets
Overseeing the community’s preventative maintenance program

✅ What We’re Looking For

4+ years of general maintenance experience (2+ years in multifamily preferred)
Strong skills across trades: plumbing, electrical, HVAC, drywall, carpentry, and appliances
Supervisory experience (led at least one technician)
Budgeting knowledge a plus
EPA & HVAC (Boiler) certifications preferred
CPO certification required
