We are currently seeking a Maintenance Supervisor/Technician to join our team!

Qualifications:

• At least two years of maintenance experience
• HVAC Experience/Certification a plus
• Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and general repair
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently

Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance
• Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests
• Communicate effectively with tenants and schedule maintenance appointments
• Maintain property appearance and perform landscaping
• Coordinate with external vendors for specialized repairs
• Ensure compliance with safety and building codes
• Manage an organized inventory of tools and supplies
