Crestview Retirement Community is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor. Reporting to the Physical Plant Director, this position will be responsible for training and supervising the maintenance team, handling work orders, identifying and performing preventative maintenance, and in general ensuring the property is safe, well maintained, and attractive. Typical work schedule is M-F 8:00am-5:00pm. While rare, occasional weekend or evening emergencies may require your attention. Will serve as backup for the employee who is on-call for emergency needs.
