Maintenance Supervisor cum Business Development Coordinator

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Salesperson role based in Dubai. The Salesperson will be responsible for generating leads, building and sustaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth. Day-to-day tasks include meeting sales targets, conducting market research, providing product or service demonstrations, and preparing and following up on proposals and contracts. The role also involves identifying new business opportunities, maintaining updated knowledge of company services, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the sales process.

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional who can manage maintenance projects, lead site teams, prepare estimations, and support business growth by identifying new opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct site visits and assess project requirements.
  • Prepare quotations, estimations, and project cost analysis.
  • Handle material purchasing and coordinate with suppliers.
  • Plan, supervise, and manage maintenance projects from start to completion.
  • Lead and coordinate site teams to ensure timely project execution.
  • Monitor project quality, safety, and client satisfaction.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Identify new business opportunities during site visits and client interactions.
  • Generate leads for Maintenance, Fit-Out, MEP, Cleaning, and Facility Management services.
  • Coordinate with management to convert leads into successful projects and AMC contracts.

Requirements:

✅ Minimum 3-5 years of UAE experience in Technical Services / Facilities Management.

✅ Strong knowledge of Civil, Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, and General Maintenance works.

✅ Experience in Site Inspection, Estimation, and Project Coordination.

✅ Ability to manage manpower, materials, and project timelines.

✅ Strong communication, negotiation, and client handling skills.

✅ Business development mindset with the ability to identify and generate new opportunities.

✅ Valid UAE Driving License is preferred.
