Maintenance Supervisor / Electrician

What you’ll do:

Supervise and lead maintenance activities across screen printing and production equipment

Troubleshoot and repair industrial electrical systems, presses, dryers, conveyors, compressors, and related machinery

Develop and manage preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime

Respond quickly to production issues and prioritize repairs during peak production

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, electrical codes, and lockout/tagout procedures
• Coordinate with production leadership to support daily output and deadlines
• Maintain maintenance logs, parts inventory, and service records
• Mentor and guide maintenance staff or contractors as needed

What we’re looking for:

Proven experience in industrial maintenance, preferably in screen printing, apparel, or manufacturing

Strong electrical troubleshooting background (industrial power, motors, controls, PLC familiarity a plus)

Previous lead or supervisory experience

• Solid understanding of screen printing equipment (automatic/manual presses, dryers, reclaim systems)
• Ability to work hands-on while also managing priorities and people
