Reports to: Production Manager
Job Responsibilities

• Maintenance Planning: Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs.
• Equipment Repair: Oversee inspection and repair of mechanical/electrical systems.
• Safety & Compliance: Enforce workplace safety and conduct inspections.
• Inventory Management: Track spare parts, tools, and materials efficiently.
• Documentation: Maintain maintenance logs, reports, and cost analysis

Performance KPIs

• 95 % machine uptime.
• Breakdown response 30 min; repair time 2 hrs.
• 100 % preventive maintenance completion.
• Zero maintenance-related safety incidents

Skills & Experience

• Bachelor s in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience in maintenance supervision (preferably agricultural industry).
• Deep knowledge of mechanical/electrical systems and safety protocols.
