Maintenance Supervisor - Legacy at Abbington

We are seeking a customer-service oriented individual with a high level of professionalism; upbeat; positive; "can do" and team player attitude and attention to detail. Strong organizational and communicative skills. General responsibilities include fulfilling service requests; apartment punch; grounds, curb appeal; debris removal; general plumbing; electrical; drywall repair; appliance repair; painting; general construction repair. Maintain maintenance shop in safe and orderly manner and record keeping of inventory. Understanding and upholding Fair Housing.

Ability to work Monday to Friday. On-call responsibility is required. Some weekend availability is also needed. May have to work some holidays. Must have valid Driver's License, reliable transportation and car insurance.

Previous apartment maintenance and supervisory experience are required. The Ideal candidates will have a minimum of three year's experience in the Apartment industry as well as a minimum of three years' experience as a Maintenance Supervisor. HVAC experience with certification is required. CPO certification is required.

• To minimize the expenses of the property through effective maintenance and preventative maintenance programs.
• To train, direct, supervise and motivate the personnel which reports to the Maintenance Supervisor.
• To provide safe, comfortable and well-maintained housing to the residents and to the community.
