Maintenance Supervisor – Lehi Tech Apartments

What You'll Do

• Lead and support a team of Maintenance Technicians
• Complete and oversee repairs for buildings, amenities, and common areas
• Perform daily property walks to identify maintenance needs
• Handle light groundskeeping and ensure curb appeal
• Respond to work orders efficiently and professionally
• Maintain a high standard of safety, cleanliness, and resident satisfaction

What We're Looking For

• 6+ months of property maintenance experience
• 6+ months of supervisory or lead experience
• Ability to read, write, and communicate clearly in English
• Basic computer skills
• Knowledge and skills in:
  • Plumbing repair
  • Electrical troubleshooting
  • Appliance repair
  • Wall/drywall repair
  • Grounds maintenance
