We are currently seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to support the day-to-day maintenance operations at our Beaumont CA, production facility. This role is responsible for coordinating maintenance activities, supervising a team of technicians, and ensuring plant equipment and systems operate safely and efficiently.
Schedule: (Hybrid) 2nd & 3rd Shift; Monday - Saturday @ 5pm to 1am, possible weekend work (If needed)
The Maintenance Supervisor plays a key role in overseeing plant maintenance tasks including mechanical, electrical, and utility systems. This position ensures timely completion of work orders, assists with troubleshooting equipment issues, and supports a preventive maintenance culture. The ideal candidate will have hands-on maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably within the food or beverage industry, along with strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance activities across all production shifts.
Ensure timely and effective execution of preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance tasks.
Support and mentor maintenance technicians, promoting a safe and productive work environment.
Collaborate with Production, Quality, and Safety teams to minimize downtime and maintain equipment reliability.
Assist in managing spare parts inventory and coordinate with vendors for repairs and services.
Maintain accurate maintenance records using the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
Conduct basic troubleshooting and participate in root cause analysis for equipment issues.
Support compliance with OSHA, FDA, and internal safety and sanitation standards.
Participate in facility improvement projects and equipment installations as needed.
Food Safety & Compliance Responsibilities:
Ensure compliance with Food Safety and Quality Systems, including HACCP, SQF, FDA, and Non-GMO Supply Chain Standards.
Enforce company policies and standards in line with legal, environmental, and quality control regulations.
High school diploma or GED required; technical certification or associate degree in industrial maintenance or related field preferred.
3–5 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing setting, with 1–2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
Solid understanding of mechanical, electrical, and utility systems; food/beverage industry experience is a plus.
Proficiency in using CMMS platforms and managing work orders.
Strong hands-on troubleshooting skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of GMPs, food safety, and regulatory standards.
Effective communication and leadership skills.
Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
