Maintenance Supervisor - Ready Mix and Cement Blocks Factory

Job Summary

We are looking for a hands-on Maintenance Supervisor with strong mechanical experience in ready mix concrete and cement block production.

This is a field-based role. The candidate must be capable of personally troubleshooting and repairing equipment, not just supervising. Practical experience is more important than qualifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and work directly with technicians on-site
• Diagnose and repair equipment including:

- Concrete pumps

- Batching plants

- Cement block machines (automatic / semi-automatic)

- Mixers, conveyors, and production lines

- Transit mixers and fleet equipment

• Handle mechanical, hydraulic, and basic electrical issues
• Perform and lead preventive and breakdown maintenance
• Respond to urgent breakdowns and minimize downtime
• Ensure machines are running efficiently in production
• Guide technicians and ensure quality work on the ground

Requirements

• Diploma is preferred but NOT required
• Minimum 7+ years hands-on experience in:

- Ready mix plants and / block factories

- Concrete pumps (Putzmeister, Schwing, etc.)

- Block machines and production lines

- Hydraulics, diesel engines, and mechanical systems

• Strong troubleshooting skills (must fix issues independently)
• Experience supervising technicians in a working supervisor role
• Willing to work under pressure and attend breakdowns anytime

Ideal Candidate

• Very practical and technical (not office-oriented)
• Strong field experience is a must
• Can lead by doing, not just instructing

Pay: ﷼7,500.00 - ﷼10,500.00 per month
